In 2006, an ambitious, little duck contacted Career Sports & Entertainment. Aflac, with its famous winged mascot, hoped to target a new audience to boost awareness of their brand and supplemental insurance products. After thorough research and consultation, CS&E helped Aflac jump into the driver's seat of a NASCAR sponsorship.

  • CS&E Corporate Marketing worked hand-in-hand with the client to coordinate all the moving parts. We designed the two-part NASCAR sponsorship, featuring a multiple driver deal with Roush Fenway Racing, and helped Aflac achieve "Official Supplemental Insurance Sponsor of NASCAR" designation.

  •
  • The Creative Services team built the Aflac Racing brand from conception to production. Through the creation of a new logo, the manufacture of the firesuits and the paint scheme design for the actual race cars, Aflac Racing literally came to life before everyone's eyes.

  •
  • CS&E's Public Relations group then coordinated efforts to introduce Aflac Racing to racing fans, the business community, and the media. The team drafted the press materials for the announcement and orchestrated a press conference webcasted on NASCAR.com.

  •
  • With years of experience providing NASCAR hospitality for other Fortune 500 clients, the Presence Marketing team led the on-site efforts, crafting plans to manage a 10-race, 1,500 person hospitality program.

  •
  • Once all of the elements had fallen into place, CS&E Interactive launched aflacracing.com. On this exciting and popular website, schedules, photographs, behind-the-scenes video, contests and promotions, and all information concerning hospitality now resides.
